Where are you located?

We are located conveniently in the center of Easthampton on the promenade by Cottage Street.  We are across from the Municipal Building.

Do you take cash or cards?

We accept both.

Do you sell snacks?

We will have a small selection of bottled water and dry snacks for your journey. We will ask that any trash be disposed of on the dock in designated trash cans.

Can I bring alcohol on my boat rental?

You are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages on any Valley Paddler boat.  Failure to comply can result in subsequent fines as dictated by Easthampton PD or refusal of boat rental.

What if I have an emergency while I am out on the pond?

Every paddler is required to wear a life vest which will be equipped with a safety whistle.  Should a situation arise, you can blow this whistle and our staff person at the deck can alert the appropriate authorities of an emergency.

Do you take reservations? 

We will take reservations up to 24 hours in advance as long as we have availability.  If there is going to be a town-wide event, we will reserve boats for that before opening it up to public reservations. You may also be able to reserve a boat for early mornings or days of the week outside of normal operating hours, but this is at the discretion of Valley Paddler.

I forgot to bring something to put my smartphone/keys/wallet in!

Not to worry.  We will have dry bags and plastic cases to borrow at the dock.

Sounds great!  What do I need to get on the water?

You will need to sign a waiver and leave either an ID or credit card with us at the dock.  This is for your protection and ours.  If something were to happen out there, we want to know who you are!

What are your hours? 

Through Memorial Day, we will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-8pm. Mondays and Wednesdays from 1pm-6pm, and Thursdays and Fridays from 12pm-7pm. These are subject to change. Be sure to check our Facebook page for updates.

Are you open when it's raining? 

We will try to be open in most any weather but heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other conditions that might make it unsafe will affect our hours.  Please check our facebook page for updates or call us.
